No reason to complain, the venue met expectation, would be happy to recommend it. All the staff was amiable, tackled my issues. The location was excellent right in the heart of the city.

Wonderful experience there. Amiable staff, terrific services, and marvellous location very close to Piazza San Carlo, the center and many historical sights. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

The service was great as we had expected. The quadruple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was reasonably spacious with garden view. The location was great, a short way from old town.
