Piazza Castello Suite

The location was stunning and awesome with awesome views. The staff was amazingly nice and they helped with luggage.

I booked neat and unique room with view of piazza and a lovely bathroom. A hair dryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower were available there. The hotel had an amazing location a short walk to Palazzo Madama. The most excellent staff I ever met.

The hotel's location was central, in the city centre. Friendly check-in, the staff helped with luggage. The room was impeccable, spotless and included a balcony and coffee.

I got quiet and elegant room with a view of piazza castello. The fact that Re Umberto tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

The staff were both superfriendly and very welcoming. The venue's position was central. There was La Piadineria nearby to grab something to eat.

You can have hot chocolate, coffee, tea and pastries with your breakfast if you want to. The rooms offered are impeccable and fantastic with private bathroom outside and large windows plus balcony.

This place was great and the staff was excellent. Greatly enjoyed the studio suite we had with a balcony to enjoy what's going on outside. Having a hair dryer, a bidet and a walk-in shower was a bonus.

The staff is very welcoming here, the services are excellent, and location is unbeatable adjacent to many attractions as well as historical sites.

In general the service was great.

Beautiful accommodation with awesome setting just next door to the shops, museums, cafes, sites, bars, shopping, train station, and public parking and wonderful plaza. Really kind and kind staff and quick to respond. Hot chocolate, coffee, tea and pastries served in the morning. Public parking nearby provided.

Had essentials needed in the deluxe king room, including an electric kettle and fridges. The location itself was stunning and super, right at a historic palace.

Kind staff, couldn't ask for more. We were in an unbeatable and stunning location not too far away from an archaeological museum. There was a great restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Everything was well-maintained, truly enjoyed our amazing stay. We have spent 2 days in deluxe queen room with a fantastic view, balconies, as for instance. Had comfortable decoration. Location: the hotel was close to a large beautiful square next to the Royal Palace, the Piazza Castello and all the main attractions.
