Professionalism of the staff. Big hotel units with classic European style, normal pillows and the shower. Honestly nothing to complain about.

Impeccably clean and homey place with extremely helpful and attentive staff. Quiet atmosphere, reasonable and freshly cooked breakfast with fresh options. Generally the service was excellent. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

The units are newly renovated, spotless with comfortable beds, classic European style, as for instance.

This unique hotel offers a very very good experience. Make sure you stay in the guest room with the view of the street. The location is exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect and the staff is attentive.

Make sure you stay in the classic double room with a sofa. It has ideal and quiet location in Crocetta district so close to both train stations and all attractions, restaurants.

They gave us wheelchair accessible room with classic European style and normal pillows and that was essential. Location: the hotel was short walk to Porta Nuova metro/train station, grocery store and a taxi for a late night drive to the airport. The staff were competent and provided an excellent service.

Great and good setting, walk from eateries and restaurants. A mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe available in the classic double room. Private parking nearby provided.

The setting was quite amazing and unbeatable within easy reach of a modern and contemporary art museum.
