Best Western Plus Hotel Genova

The room was unique, a nice size and reasonably priced, with wooden floors. We really enjoyed the breakfast selections, it was delicious and incredible.

The very friendly and attentive staff and their attitude.

The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory, the staff was courteous, the grounds were fairly clean. The beds were quiet and each absolutely fantastic room had a writing table and a couch. Street view was great. The location was great - walking distance to a coffee shop and bars. The hotel was within walking distance to a train station.

Possibly the best and really lovely stay for their great service on my last and previous stays. Tastefully decorated single room with own whirlpool. Had good a writing desk and a sofa. Strategic and peaceful location so close to a very good restaurant and train station and other public transport, early check-in.

We had the junior suite provided with a balcony, own whirlpool, as example.

Every time in Turin we stay in this hotel. It's a well-appointed and high-class place. The positives include absolutely perfect location and parking across the property.

The room was neat and updated with airconditioning, and I slept very well.

All the services were exceptional. Hotel's location was comfortable and strategic as it was next to a train station.

The staff and people generally were very amiable. The room was updated with balcony and view, and the breakfast was incredible. A TV and a couch were standard, but I liked that.

Spent our time here lovely. The room was neat and stylish with tea, airconditioning, for instance. Convenient location, Turin airport was 20 km away.

The location is incredible, within walking distance to a train station. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Amaranto, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Satisfactory breakfast with lots of food, reasonably priced. Spotless and elegant room with a private bathroom. Perfect location, 10 minutes' walk to Via Po. And close to train station and other public transport, restaurants and Turin...

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Newly decorated place with attentive staff and fast wi-fi. Incredible breakfast with meats and amazing hazelnuts, absolutely perfect and incredible location. Pedestrian area, 400 metres to Porta Nuova metro station. Great customer care, parking in private garage.

Really great stay, as always. Absolutely great accommodation with fantastic setting near to the downtown of Turin as well as several very good restaurants. Absolutely fantastic room with own whirlpool, quiet atmosphere. Exceptional service, parking nearby.

unbeatable location, within walking distance of chiesa di san giuseppe. also, close to the metro.

Tidy and newly remodelled room with a quirky balcony off the bathroom, welcoming staff. Lots of savoury food for meals.

The food was FRESHLY MADE - lots of options. Pleasant staff who cared about me. The location was unbeatable and awesome, for example, Via Po was within walking distance of the hotel.

Comfy beds in the rooms. Close vicinity, just 10 minutes on foot to porta nuova subway station, was a big plus. We were near such places as piazza castello❤
