Best Western Crystal Palace Hotel

The place was reasonably clean with private parking and a comfortable bed. I interacted with the competent and extremely helpful staff. I really enjoyed the standard queen room and had a very very good stay. The location of the hotel was convenient - at a moderate distance from an archaeological museum. Moreover, the area was shopping.

Perfect location to the Porta Nuova train station, all was nice. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Astoria Bar & Basement.

This accommodation had a very central setting to the typically grotty outside area.

The breakfast menu was reasonable. The location of the hotel was very central, not far from the main train station and the historical square.

The location was good - ease of access to Via Nizza. The breakfast was reasonable and delicious, with good strong Italian coffee to start and reasonably priced.

The staff was attentive and catered to my every need. It was close enough to city centre and the main train station Porta Nuova, absolutely perfect location overall. Plus, I was a 10-15 minute walk from a vast and romantic park.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, different food, nice views. Particularly good location, the hotel was right next to the train station. Next to a museum and a palace, it was a huge bonus. Big size room, amazingly nice staff, I appreciated it. The beds were extremely comfy and the breakfast was gorgeous.

Overall it was beautifully decorated with a balcony. The hotel had very amiable and particularly helpful staff members.

Well decorated units with a very high toilet and a jacuzzi, and the staff were easy going! The hotel location was excellent in Crime ridden area.

Convenient and perfect location in Turin, close to front Porta Nuova train station, Piazza Castello, and centre of town. Lovely food, reasonably priced.

Good-sized unit with a smart decor. Very quick check-in, parking in the street. Everything nice.

Busy staff!

The hotel's location was central, directly opposite Porta Nuova railway station.

I had fabulous food for breakfast with good strong Italian coffee to start. The hotel had a magnificent location close to a botanical garden.

Some of the staff were kind of rude.

Everything seemed modern, reasonably clean. I had different food for breakfast with good strong Italian coffee to start. The location was unbeatable and peaceful, not too far from The Beach.

Make sure to get standard queen room with jacuzzi, balcony, for example. The location is incredible, 1 km from Via Po: )

The place was reasonably priced. Everything was perfect at this pleasant and comfy hotel. The room was soundproof and immaculate, included pleasant bathroom. You could leave a car onsite.

We really enjoyed the bed, which was comfortable. Turin is good for weekend, porta nuova subway station is nearby. Lots of food to satisfy everyone. We did not want to leave and will be back.

Couldn't stay longer.

torino porta nuova is at a small distance, porta nuova subway station can be reached within 10 minutes walk. good sized rooms. the location was very close to some tourist destinations like egyptian museum.
